Building Defects
Owners and residents in the Opal building face an uncertain future with what appear to be serious defects in their building. Their situation is extreme but the problems appear endemic. I've called for a Special Commission of Inquiry into apartment building defects to get the full story out and report back to fix compliance gaps and legislative protections. See my oped: HERE
