Sydney’s 1.30am lockouts will be lifted by the State Government for one night only this New Year’s Eve. The Daily Telegraph reports that venues in the CBD and Kings Cross will be able to admit new punters until 3am – but the 3am ‘last drinks’ law will remain in place...
