Applications are open for the Australia Post 2025 Community Grants program.  
The Australia Post Community Grants program aims to help communities improve mental wellbeing and foster stronger connections. Grants of up to $10,000 are available for locally led and delivered projects that improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes and help people meaningfully connect in their community.

This year, the grants program has been expanded with an additional $250,000 for disaster-impacted communities. More information, eligibility criteria and apply > HERE.
