Barangaroo continues to lower the bar in planning with the release of an environment impact statement for the hotel and casino building before its relocation to the waterfront has even been approved. With 24/7 trading and 600 car parking spaces, the casino will cause traffic and noise impacts on adjacent homes – parking provisions show that the casino is not just for international high rollers as promised.
