The draft regulation for management of Barangaroo Headland Park would see it frequently alienated from public use for events and development including bars, stages and barricades. Adjacent residents including future Barangaroo residents will be impacted from noise and large crowds. My submission will argue that the Headland Park’s principal role is to provide green open space for the passive recreation needs of the residents, workers and visitors of Barangaroo and the CBD.
