The NSW Government is set to reduce unfair restrictions on gay men who want to donate blood. During a health crisis blood donations are more important than ever. The Red Cross and the Therapeutical Goods Administration have recommenced the current deferral of sexual activity before you can donate blood be reduced from 12 months to three months.
