The cost of the Tibby Cotter Bridge being built over Anzac Parade at Moore Park has blown out to $38 million, much more than the $25 million the government suggested when it was announced. Along with the local community and City of Sydney, I opposed this structure that is not needed, not connected and damages parkland.
