Transport for NSW has changes to Eastern Suburbs bus services open for public comment until 19 June.

The changes will cut 25 city bus routes, with passengers needing to transfer to the light rail service to get to the CBD, and were expected as part of the light rail plans. There are 11 new routes largely focussed on Green Square where public transport has lagged, and the changes bring a new ‘all-day frequent network’ to run every 10 minutes. Another 23 bus routes will stay the same.
