Property NSW proposes public domain changes to Campbell’s Cove, including a new promenade, waterfront leisure space, amphitheatre for public events, a plaza / pedestrian square, vehicle access to the Overseas Passenger Terminal wharf, and improved connections from the promenade to Hickson Road.
