Following the ACT Government’s law reform to decriminalise cannabis, Unharm is asking for community views about law reform in NSW.

People over 18 years of age in the ACT can possess up to 50 grams of dried cannabis or up to 150 grams of fresh cannabis, grow up to two cannabis plants per person and use cannabis in your home (personal use). It will remain an offence to smoke cannabis in a public place, expose a child or young person, grow hydroponic cannabis or grow plants where they are publicly accessible. Details > HERE.
