I welcome the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority decision stopping Crown from opening its Barangaroo casino until the independent Bergin inquiry has reported. We’ve seen shocking details of governance failures and money laundering that don’t challenge Crown’s suitability to hold a casino licence in NSW.
