Cockle Bay Planning Failure

Cockle Bay Planning Failure

Disappointingly, the Independent Planning Commission put private gain ahead of public benefit and approved another tower at Darling Harbour. The significant impacts on the public domain include overshadowing, wind, blocked skyline views and further erosion of Darling Harbour’s human scale. But no tweaks could resolve fundamental problems from building a high rise on the public waterfront.

My first submission: HERE, the second HERE and my August 2018 objection: HERE
