Community Building Partnership

I welcome funding from the Community Building Partnership to support community organisations in the Sydney electorate. This grant rounds will fund: upgrading dorm rooms at Matthew Talbot Hostel Woolloomooloo; a new community transport bus for Holdsworth Community Centre Woollahra; upgrading kitchenettes at William Booth House Surry Hills; upgrading health facilities at Wayside Chapel Potts Point; equipment for City North Men's Shed Millers Point; a new van for PlateItForward's food donation program; a new vehicle for Bobby Goldsmith Foundation's for people with HIV/AIDS; roof repairs Australian Chinese Community Association Surry Hills; weatherproof equipment for Canice's Kitchen Rushcutters Bay. I congratulate the successful organisations and hope the funding will help them provide direct benefit to the local community and people in need.
