Father Chris Jenkins was the guiding force at St Canice’s Church for eight years, continuing its work with marginalised people: HERE. Ron Austin recently died after a lifetime as activist for LGBTIQ rights and equality HERE. And residents at 254 Crown Street including David Chivers and Mark Demal have done a fantastic job with a local recycling scheme that’s funded community events and a garden: HERE.
