Thank you to Councillor Luise Elsing for her dedication to the Woollahra Community and leadership of so many important causes during her tenure on Woollahra Council. Councillor Elsing has always stood strong for her community, from fighting forced amalgamations, protecting heritage, supporting local businesses, backing the #RacismNotWelcomeHere campaign, and championing the LGBTIQA+ community, including securing Woollahra Council's support for the Marriage Equality campaign. Councillor Elsing's energy for community-led outcomes will be missed, but her work on council will have an enduring impact on the lives of the Woollahra Community now and into the future.
