Congratulations to BIKEast for establishing Cycling Without Age in the eastern suburbs, a fantastic project that pairs cyclists with people living in aged care using battery-assisted trishaws so older people can experience the freedom of riding a bike, explore their local area and create social connections between younger riders and aged care residents, information HERE.
