The Legislative Assembly has appointed me to the joint select committee into “religious freedoms” and anti-discrimination laws. While the NSW Anti‑Discrimination Act is out of date and needs to be modernised and improved, I’m concerned about proposals to remove current legal protections for marginalised and minority groups.
