Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf has submitted modifications to their development, which they say aims to address longstanding community complaints about deliveries and event noise impacts on the adjacent residential community. I have repeatedly asked for enforcement of consent conditions to protect adjacent residential amenity, with representations, questions in Parliament and delegations to ministers.
