My submission for the planning modification for Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf requests noise and traffic assessments and consent conditions to protect local residential amenity and prevent future conflict between residential and commercial uses. Doltone House has development consent as a function centre but must be a good neighbour and protect local residential amenity. My submission is HERE.
