The Council for Civil Liberties is holding a discussion about drug law reform on Thursday 2 May 6- 9pm at the Beacham Hotel. Former DPP Nicholas Cowdery will speak with experts including Dr Marianne Jauncey, Will Tregoning, Georgina Bell and Dr Ben Mostyn. I strongly support and have been advocating for a health-based approach to drug use, which the evidence overwhelmingly supports. The promised drug summit later this year gives an opportunity to get vital reform.
