I’m continuing work on my comprehensive omnibus Equality Bill to remove all LGBTIQA+ discrimination remaining in state law. Reforms cover a broad range of matters following widespread consultation within communities, from obvious failures like providing access to gender affirming state documentation to removing the residual provisions that decriminalise the sex industry.
