Farming Puppies

Farming Puppies

Puppies sold in pet shops and through online platforms are often sourced from cruel intensive puppy farms. Female dogs are confined to tiny dirty enclosures and deprived of socialisation. They breed litter after litter and often their puppies have genetic problems that cause painful conditions as they grow up. Victoria has banned puppy farms causing a flood of these cruel factory farm facilities on the NSW side of the border. We should not be the puppy farm capital and Emma Hurst from the Animal Justice Party has a bill to ban the practice, which I will introduce in the lower house if it passes the upper house. Get behind the campaign and sign Emma’s online petition >HERE.

Let's work together to celebrate and protect our great city!
