The NSW State Government plans to sell the Powerhouse Museum site for development as high-rise apartments, and relocate the museum itself to Western Sydney, if re-elected on March 28.

Many local residents fiercely oppose the move because the Powerhouse has been a central feature in Ultimo for almost 30 years.

You are invited to a public meeting at the Ultimo Community Centre on Friday 20 March at 6.30 pm to discuss community action.
