Thank you to the hundreds of constituents who have written to me concerned  about tax breaks for greyhound racing. The Legislative Council select committee inquiry into the greyhound industry reported damning animal welfare findings, but still recommended tax breaks of almost $100 million each year. I’ve written to the Treasurer and Minister for Hospitality, Gaming and Racing opposing tax breaks for industries that facilitate problem gambling and animal cruelty. Sadly, today the NSW Labor Opposition announced their support for tax breaks for racing.  My letter is  HERE.
