There is still time to comment on the RMS plans for the Elizabeth Bay Marina – closes 31 March. Following a briefing from RMS officers, I remain concerned about the scale of the building, loss of views and bringing more and larger boats into this peaceful precinct. My submission calls for a low key upgrade not an expansion, retention of public access to the foreshore, noise protection during construction and coordination with Transport for NSW work on a ferry wharf to the area.
