Plans for three new residential towers with ground level retail at Barangaroo South are on exhibition until 14 November. Residential Building R4A is 71 storeys with 360 apartments, building R4B is 59 storeys with 330 apartments and building R5 is 29 storeys with 135 apartments, including the tiny requirement of key worker housing imposed on the massive Barangaroo redevelopment. The buildings’ scale is consistent with the approved concept plan, which I previously opposed. Have your say HERE.
