Northcott Fitness Workout & Active Seniors - The Camp

The Camp is running two fitness program at Ward Park to help reduce isolation and loneliness and support new social connections.

Northcott Fitness Workout, runs every Friday at 10am and is free, open to all social housing residents, of all ages and fitness levels > HERE

Active Seniors, runs every Monday at 10am and is open to all seniors within the community, and is currently a donation based class > HERE

The workouts are open to anyone regardless of fitness level and last 45 minutes. Bring water and wear loose clothing.
