Paddington Bowling Club could face a loss of its licence and big fines in the wake of a fresh investigation

PADDINGTON Bowling Club could have its licence revoked and its owners could be slapped with a heavy fine after breaches of club and gaming laws.
The Wentworth Courier has received correspondence sent from the Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing (OLGR) executive director Paul Newson stating that after an investigation into the club and “the conduct of its current and former office holders”, the licence should be cancelled...
...Sydney Independent MP Alex Greenwich echoed those sentiments saying the Crown Land next to the club “is supposed to be used for recreation, not a commercial club”.
