Proposed changes to the approved CBD and South East Light Rail project would move the Alison Road track and stop from the roadway adjacent to the racecourse over into Centennial Park, resulting in loss of trees, open space and parkland access, and high fencing of the parklands. My submission will also raise concerns over parkland encroachment from the Moore Park stop redesign and impacts from longer vehicles.
