After years of negotiations between the City of Sydney, RMS approved a permanent rainbow crossing on the southern side of Taylor Square at the corner of Bourke and Campbell streets to help celebrate Darlinghurst’s history with LGBTIQ communities and civil rights progress. I was proud to join Lord Mayor Clover Moore at the official launch last Saturday and thank Clover and the City of Sydney for ongoing support for equality.
