Opportunities Australia supports migrants, refugees and First Nations people into employment and income.

A second group of budding entrepreneurs have completed an intensive training and mentoring program to set up and run a business > HERE.  

The University of Sydney Refugee Language Program provides free English classes, individual tutoring and mentoring > HERE and they are looking for donations to maintain the support > HERE.

While overall unemployment figures are low and some businesses are struggling to get workers, refugees and asylum seekers have high rates of unemployment. I’ve asked the enterprise minister for government support with information and advice > HERE.
