Thank you to the 500 plus Pyrmont and Ultimo residents who signed my petition for the reinstatement of the Harris Street walkway into the CBD. Direct pedestrian access is essential, particularly where short distances allow many people to walk. The Government could modify the Darling Harbour Live redevelopment to incorporate direct pedestrian access and re-connect the Harris Street walkway direct to the CBD.
