Roads and Maritime Services call time on a three decade long leasehold over Elizabeth Bay Marina

The leasehold over the picturesque Elizabeth Bay Marina will be subject to a public tender for the first time in almost 30 years.
A Roads and Maritime Services spokeswoman confirmed to the Courier that the department would call for expressions of interest in the coming months.
