Adjacent residents have been asking about the Woollahra Municipal Council youth recreation facility approved for Rushcutters Bay. The revised scheme relocates the facility away from the harbour foreshore below the embankment of New South Head Road, includes a basketball practice area and skate and scooter elements for 8 to 14 year olds, landscaping with new trees and garden beds, plus seating, shade shelter, bike racks, a water bubbler and waste bins.
