A number of people have told me they’ve had trouble contacting Service NSW, applying for financial help and finding specific information for their circumstances and I met with Minister Dominello’s liaison officer, Deputy Lord Mayor Jess Scully and Service NSW officers to pass on these concerns and request action.

Service NSW is working to refine information, improve response times, streamline processes and fill gaps identified in the criteria for financial help.
