I congratulate the Australian Drug Law Reform Foundation, Kings Cross resident Will Tregoning and all the organisers of the Support. Don't Punish event at Sydney's Wayside Chapel. Speakers at the event included Dr Alex Wodak, who shared stories of the very first tolerance room, and Dr Marianne Jauncey from the Kings Cross medically supervised injecting centre. Dr Jauncey talked about the positive impact of the centre on users and the surrounding community. Support. Don't Punish is a global advocacy campaign that brings awareness of the harms caused by the criminalisation of people who use drugs. I commend the campaign to the House.
