It is with sadness that I acknowledge the passing of Bill Fraser, who will be known to many Paddington residents and visitors. Bill was a long-time member of the Paddington Society, committed to preserving the beauty, open spaces, liveability, architectural and historical value of Paddington. As a local historian, Bill was known for his passionate historic tours of Paddington. He often surprised people with his knowledge of little-known items of interest and hidden history that characterise the suburb. Bill will be missed by the Paddington community and I offer my condolences his family and the community.
