Last week both the University of Tasmania and the Queensland Law Reform Commission released reports on how voluntary assisted dying legislation is working there.

These reports will help inform legislation I am working on with other members of the NSW Parliament. They both highlight the importance of safeguards and ensuring any system is accessible – UTAS: > HERE and QLRC: > HERE.
