My submission asked the planning minister to look at alternative locations for the Sydney Grammar School Weigall Fields sports facility to protect adjacent residential amenity. Current plans would build a wall of development against homes on Lawson Street and Vialoux Avenue Paddington, blocking sun, light and views. I am also worried about construction impacts with the truck route for the site along the boundary of homes and major excavation works proposed. Sydney Grammar School provides an important educational service but must also be a good neighbour and protect neighbours’ quality of life. My submission: > HERE
