The Hakoah Club has appealed consent conditions for redevelopment of the White City site in Paddington, including changes to construction hours and traffic, tree removal and protection of a Paddington Greenway link along Rushcutters Creek. The Land and Environment Court will consider the appeal. My submission on the amended plans opposed relocation of buildings closer to the boundary, increased car parking, development in the valley floor, loss of trees and vegetation, a new driveway on Glenmore Road and impacts on Sydney Grammar students.
