White City plans could provide Paddington with new recreation opportunities, but I am concerned changes are needed to protect local amenity and safety. My submissions to the recent modification opposed relocation of buildings closer to the boundary with homes and the school, increased car parking spaces and additional development in the valley floor. I also raised concerns about loss of trees and vegetation, a new driveway on Glenmore Road and impacts on Sydney Grammar students during construction.
