Woollahra Council's Draft Woollahra Development Control Plan largely reflects current rules. Key changes include building envelope and floor plate controls replacing Floor Space Ratio to more accurately reflect bulk in low and medium density residential zones. The way council would deal with applications on excavation, on-site parking, driveways, roof terraces and open space is changed. The plan also amends planning controls in Paddington and Woollahra heritage conservation areas including to solar access rights.
