he ABC has launched an investigation into the strata management industry following revelations of a strata management company using its subsidiary and associated companies to overcharge owners corporations.

The ABC wants to hear from owners, industry insiders and regulators across the country about concerns with strata managers who may have hidden fees, side-deals, conflicts of interest etc. that stop them from acting in owners’ best interests.
