Following concerns from local residents, I’ve again followed up with the Minister for Lands and Forestry about the state of the former Paddington Bowling Club.

He’s confirmed the site is in poor repair and not compliant with some lease conditions for which compliance action is underway. He said there are no approved sub-tenancies. Inspections only occurred after my questions, HERE.
