The Human Rights Commission’s  new report Resilient Individuals: Sexual Orientation Gender Identity & Intersex Rights 2015 provides an excellent summary of the human rights position of lesbians, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people in Australia. I've asked the NSW Attorney General to follow up investigate the needed NSW law reform. The report is available HERE
