The SOS Women’s Services campaign has collected 14,000 petition signatures in just a few weeks, and I will speak in Parliamentary debate to support ongoing funding for specialist women’s and girls' refuges that are threatened with closure or being subsumed into mainstream homelessness services. The Going Home Staying Home reforms will have long term impacts on homelessness services. I’ve asked the Ombudsman to review implementation HERE.
