Last week we again debated Safe Schools with government contributions pandering to community misinformation about what simply is an LGBTI focused anti-bullying resource that schools can opt to use. The federal government will cease funding the program and while the state government promised to develop a broader anti-bullying resource to replace it, it used the opportunity to attack the program. 

Parliaments and the media need to stop using the lives and wellbeing of LGBTI youth as a political football. My speech is HERE.
