Transport for NSW has an online survey to add community views into the Environment Impact Statement for upgrading the Circular Quay (Warrane) transport interchange with new ferry wharves and train station. While the revamp aims to better connect the city with the harbour, it does not include removing the intrusive Cahill Expressway!
