The Department of Planning has published the Response to Submissions for the Doltone Housing Jones Bay Wharf planning amendment. Residents who have contacted me report that acoustic assessments were done outside of peak events season and excluded noise inside adjacent homes. The response also fails to address concerns about the Soho facility. My submission about the Response to Submissions is HERE.
