The planning department has approved the Doltone House Modification 4 application, and adjacent residents will be very disappointed that many of the changes formalise longstanding non-compliance. Conditions include clear noise limits with monitoring and reporting; a ban on heavy vehicles and new rules for using the upper deck loading area.
